about

prélude (totem I) was written in 2002 for christopher cundy, as part of a larger graphic score. it was then revised in 2004 into a piece to stand alone. it can be performed as a solo piece or with a drone part. both are reproduced here in performances by christopher cundy, with fyfe dangerfield hutchins providing drone on piano.

the album download contains a .pdf copy of the score. please alert the composer to any performances given where possible.
